We ship via Fed Ex Ground,UPS, USPS, or per your special instructions. Orders that are more than $50 include FREE shipping unless otherwise noted on the product description pages.
For some items the shopping cart will display estimated shipping charges on the page where you enter your address. When you specify a shipping method other than "GROUND" you will be charged only the actual cost, such as when shipping internationally, you will be notified of the actual shipping and handling charge before we complete (send) the order.
International shipments may be subject to additional taxes, excises or other charges levied by a government relating to the sale, consumption or use of shipped item.

If you place your order via the shopping cart, the day your order is shipped, you will be notified by e-mail the tracking number for your order. If your order has not arrived within the designated time frame, contact us. We will gladly check into the status of your order.
Privacy Statment
Jan Watercraft Products, LLC does not release customer information to anyone outside of our order fulfilment network for any reason without your permission. Your information is never sold or otherwise traded for promotional purposes. Within the order fulfillment network, information is disclosed on a need by need basis. For instance, name, address and telephone numbers are disclosed to the shipping agent, so they can send the order. Contact information may be disclosed with your assumed consent, when for example, you want us to have an expert, such as a manufacturer's representative, reply to an inquiry from you.
We respect your right to privacy and will not willfully disclose your personal information, such as email or street address, credit card information, or phone number to any other third party without your consent. At your request, we can provide additional constraints on use of your information.
Bids and Price Quotes
We welcome the opportunity to furnish you with a price quote for quantity purchases. On receipt of your request, we will furnish you with a quote including shipping charges good for a period of thirty days unless otherwise noted by us.
Warranty
JWP honors manufacturer warranties. We will gladly assist you with processing warranty claims for items purchased from us. JWP offers no express warranties or implied warranties including, but not limited to, the warranties of merchantability and fitness for items to a particular purpose.
JWP shall not be subject to and disclaims all consequential or incidental damages claimed to result from use of our products.
Returning Merchandise
If a product ordered is not suitable to your needs, call us within 10 days for a return authorization number. We will assist in arranging for its return or exchange. Returns must be returned within 21 days of initial shipment. Products must be in original, unopened, undamaged cases, suitable for immediate resale.
If an error was made by JWP, we will gladly pay for its return, or make other arrangements to your satisfaction.
Returns may be subject to a manufacturer's returned goods policy, usually ranging from 15% to 30% depending on item. Contact us for specifics on any item.
Damaged Shipments
We strive to package your supplies so they will reach you in good condition. The carrier assumes the responsibility for safe delivery when they accept the package. If your package arrives damaged, notify the carrier immediately and hold the merchandise and packing materials for their inspection. After notifying the carrier, call Jan Watercraft Products. Please describe the damage, and have your order number and packing list on hand. We can promptly replace the product or credit your account once the carrier has inspected the merchandise in its original packaging.
Backorders
We pride ourselves in prompt shipment. If items are backordered, we will notify you of their estimated arrival date. If you wish to cancel a backorder, please call our customer service representatives for a prompt refund if applicable.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, as well as pre-payment by check or money-order. Prepayments require "collected funds" status before shipping.
Special orders
Special orders, such as for custom built items, require payment in advance and are nonrefundable.
Hazardous Materials
Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are available upon request for all products determined by OSHA to be Hazardous Substances.
Replacement Parts
Replacement parts are available for many products. Use the manufacturer's number or our catalog reference number to order parts.
Statement about terms
These terms and conditions shall constitute the agreement between Jan Watercraft Products, LLC and the purchaser. The agreement shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
